Approval Groups
The Approval Groups feature allows you to control which users approve Change or Service Request tickets based on configurable conditions - such as ticket Type, Impact, Urgency, and Priority - or you can create your own criteria for approvals.
In Design Studio, the Approval Groups app allows users to create and modify approval groups from either of these locations:

In Design Studio > All Apps> Approval Groups

From within a specific app (i.e., Design Studio > Incident > Approval Groups).
Column Chooser
To select which columns you'd like to display in your lookup lists, drag the desired items from the Column Chooser and drop them onto the grid. If you wish to remove any columns, just drag them back from the grid to the Column Chooser.
